Learn about famous local wildlife like the mountain lion P-22, explore the impacts of invasive species, and experience the natural beauty of this historic site We are excited to welcome Community Partners from Expo Center Ahmanson Senior Center and LA Metro On The Move Riders for this field trip! What you should bring:
Transportation:Meeting at the Museum - ARRIVE BY 8:30 AMPlease meet at the Museum between 8:30 AM - 8:45 AM for bus check in and pick-up. Program Schedule:10 AM - Welcome and introductions at Old Zoo 10:15 AM - Nature stroll with the Wild LA Interns 12:00 PM - Reflections, wow-moments, and sharing 1:00 PM - Program concludes; bus departs for NHM Take a look at the Old Zoo Social Narrative to review expectations and the overview of our trip. Check out some of the wildlife and plant biodiversity you may see! |
